Holidays impacted by corona-virus

Earlier this week the trustees made the difficult decision to cancel our two Easter holidays - Motivation and Broads Adventure. We had to do this to protect the safety of our team and participants as well as reducing the likelihood of transmission in the wider community. We know that this will be a great disappointment to both the young people who had been due to take part and the leaders who had put in many hours of planning and preparation.

We are still hoping to deliver our full summer programme of holidays but we will be monitoring the situation carefully in the weeks to come and working with the holiday leaders to plan appropriately. Please bear with us in these unprecedented times. Any monies paid to book our holidays are kept in a separate account so our fully refundable in the event a holiday is unable to run.

Full refunds are now being processed to all who had booked our Easter holidays in line with our booking policy. Unfortunately we had already incurred very significant costs in preparing for these holidays. If your financial circumstances allow it, please could you consider making a donation or setting up a standing order to the Runton Dolphin Trust (runtondolphintrust.org) which supports all our holidays?
