Who we are
West Runton Holidays has been operating since 1919 with an aim to make Jesus known to young people through excellent, exciting Christian adventure holidays and activity camps. Today, it is a volunteer led charity, overseen by a board of trustees who are chaired by Chris Wroe and our one employed part-time Holiday Manager, Michelle Heffer. What we offer
West Runton Holidays run a number of multi-activity and Christian adventure holiday opportunities for young people aged between 8 & 21 as well as opportunities for others to come along and serve on team. From Karting to Crab Fishing, Sailing dinghies and yachts to Abseiling, Pottery Painting to Gorge Walking, Mountain Biking to Surfing, there are many opportunities to experience a range of adventurous activities outdoor pursuits with West Runton Holidays. Not only do we aim to provide a great adventure activity holiday but we also aim to share the good news of Jesus in a stimulating way.
Each of our holidays offers a different range of activities for differing age groups, so have a browse through the holidays on offer this year and see which ones inspire you.
Our Holiday Leaders and Team, who give their time voluntarily, are carefully selected and supervised, contribute to the overall cost of the holidays and are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure issued by the Disclosure and Barring Service. If you are interested in serving on a team please contact the relevant holiday to discuss this possibility.

Our Holiday Manager
We have one employed Holiday Manager - Michelle Heffer - who helps oversee all our holidays and bookings. Michelle works part time and works her hours flexibly to accommodate that some times of year are busier for us than others! If you get in touch with us, Michelle will make sure to get back to you within a couple of days and is always ready to help answer any queries on any of our holidays.
Association with other charities
Our work is supported by The Runton Dolphin Trust, who are able to offer financial aid to young people who might otherwise be unable to afford the holiday. For more details on this, please see Grants & Offers.
